1. PLEASE WRITE REFERENCE INFORMATION (YOUR NAME, YOUR UNIVERSITY and YOUR COUNTRY) ON THE BANK RECEIPT WHEN TRANSFERING MONEY.

2. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION IS NEEDED BY E-MAIL SENT TO icndde@ankara.edu.tr AFTER SCANNING YOUR BANK RECEIPT.

3. ALL CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BANK REMITTANCE EXPENSES OR ANY COMMISSION CHARGES. IN CASE THE FULL REGISTRATION FEES ARE NOT RECEIVED BY THEORGANIZERS DUE TO BANK CHARGES, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE AT THE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION DESK.

Payment Details:

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your registration before April 15, 2014, 100 € (Euros) cancellation fee applies. Cancellations after April 15, 2014 will not be refunded. All refunds will be reimbursed after the conference and any Bank Transfer Fee paid during registration CAN NOT BE REIMBURSED!!
